Description

The DC-15ELE Long Range Blaster was a precision sniper variant of the DC-15 series used by clone troopers during the Clone Wars. Designed for long-range engagements, the DC-15ELE provided Republic forces with overwatch capability and precision fire support.

Clone sharpshooters, ARC Troopers, and reconnaissance units were the primary users of the DC-15ELE. These troopers were often deployed ahead of main forces or positioned on elevated terrain to provide intelligence and suppress enemy movements. The weapon appears in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and associated canon material depicting clone sniper roles.

The DC-15ELE featured an extended barrel, targeting optics, and enhanced power output optimized for accuracy rather than rate of fire. Its role was not mass engagement, but elimination of key targets such as enemy commanders, heavy weapons operators, or droid control units.
