The 501st Clone Trooper served in one of the most famous and storied units of the Clone Wars. Led by Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and Captain Rex, the 501st Legion participated in many of the Republic’s most critical battles, earning a reputation for effectiveness, aggression, and loyalty.

Throughout Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the 501st is featured in numerous campaigns, including Umbara, Mandalore, and Coruscant. The legion’s troopers often found themselves at the center of morally complex situations, particularly as questionable leadership and secret agendas began to shape the war’s outcome.

The 501st Clone Trooper represents both heroism and tragedy. The legion’s strong bond with Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano made their eventual role in Order 66 especially devastating.
